Which district to choose?

Tbilisi is very diverse. Choosing the wrong district can leave you stranded without transport or stuck in a noisy center.

1. Saburtalo (The Golden Mean)

The most popular district. It has everything: metro, malls (City Mall), parks.

**For whom:** Families, students, digital nomads.

**Price:** $400-$800.

2. Vake await (Prestige)

Home to diplomats and businessmen. No metro, but features Vake Park and Turtle Lake.

**For whom:** Elite, expats with cars.

**Price:** $700-$1500.

3. Gldani (City within a City)

Most affordable district with metro access. Has its own ecosystem: market, malls, cinema.

**For whom:** Budget-conscious renters valuing comfort.

**Price:** $300-$600.
